Noriko and Tomozo-Beyond Loneliness (2000)

A love that started because you wanted to do it is also beautiful.

Noriko is a hostess at a second-rate club in Ginza. She is the self-proclaimed number one, but the truth of this is dubious as far as her disastrous rejection is concerned. She throws her toy ring into a park fountain and says goodbye to the love that has ended... Drunk on outdated narcissism, her small eyes are caught by one businessman jumping into the fountain. On closer inspection, it was her childhood friend Tomozo.
