Wenn Mutti wüsste... (2008)

If Mom only knew...

Seven heart-rending short films, seven approaches to a special relationship: When it comes to his mother, every gay man will immediately think of Sunday roasts, fresh laundry and hidden porn magazines, of the warmth of the nest and pubertal rebellion, of a mixture of intimate connection and hidden feelings, complicity and emancipation. Coming out (Mum, I have to tell you something...) is just one of many facets. But even if you can talk to her about everything - there are some things Mama shouldn't know... With the films: - Peking Turkey (CA) 2006 13 minutes - Herzhaft (DE) 2006, 13 minutes - HitchCocked (USA) 2006, 8 minutes - Implicación (ES) 2004, 6 minutes - Kali Ma (USA) 2007, 14 minutes - Mors lille Ole (SE) 2003, 14 minutes - Bonus film: Trevor (USA) 1994, 19 minutes
