Characters with rich individuality are dynamic and adhere to the path of chivalry that "helps the weak and frustrates the strong." Tora, a member of the Yamazaki clan, was arrested by acting as a decoy to protect Tamura. What is his parent Tamura thinking? Set in Yokohama, the movements of the Kyowa-kai, the Shichinin-kai, and the police intersect in a flashy manner.
