The Cage - Darklight of a Murder (2003)

Yukiko endures a difficult life to protect her younger brother who has myeloid leukemia, and the only thing that gives her emotional support is her boyfriend Goro. However, Goro accidentally kills a man who comes to Yukiko's house to collect a debt.
