Le second voyage (1991)

Directed by Jean-Jacques Goron1h 42m

Ten thousand kilometers is the distance that separates France from Peru. Sylvie (Catherine Salviat) and François Boyer (Alexandre Arbatt) crossed this distance for the first time seventeen years ago to adopt Vincent (Jef Odet Sarfati), born in Lima, who became their eldest son. A year later, they returned to Peru to look for Marie (Cristiana Reali), who is now sixteen. It had always been agreed that the Boyer family would return to visit the country where the children were born, and this "second trip," meticulously planned for a year, was to take place this summer...
