Broke and stranded in the Big City, Paula Lee (Dorothy Dalton) willingly becomes the mistress of "love 'em and leave 'em" playboy Fielding Powell (William Conklin). In the meantime, however, Paula falls in love with dedicated charity doctor D. Melfi (Thurston Hall).
