Biography

Pornographer Carter Stevens (born Malcom Stephen Worob) rates highly as one of the true founding fathers of 1970s American East Coast adult cinema. He grew up in the suburbs in the 1950s, and studied Photographic Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He first became interested in making feature films while working as a supervisor at a New York City movie lab. Stevens made his film debut with the tongue-in-cheek romp The Collegiates (1973) in 1972.
