Biography

Sébastien Devrient, born January 10, 1972, in Lausanne, is a Swiss mountain guide, filmmaker, photographer, and author. Born in Switzerland, Sébastien Devrient grew up in the Burgundy countryside. As a child, he dreamed of becoming an expedition cameraman. Passionate about images, he pursued his dream by founding the production company Vertiges Prod with his wife, Carole Dechantre, to make adventure films. In 2002, he became a mountain guide.
