Biography

Heidrun "Heide" Bartholomäus (born July 12, 1957, in Schwerin; née Timm) is a German actress, voice-over artist, dialogue writer, and dialogue director. Heide Bartholomäus trained at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts in East Berlin from 1977 to 1980, after which she joined the theater company in Weimar. It was there that she was discovered for voice-over work and participated in her first dubbing project, the film *Pferdelady*. Following German reunification, Bartholomäus appeared in numerous film productions, including *(T)Raumschiff Surprise – Periode 1*, *Vaterland*, and *Nichts …
