Wilfred Bailey Everett Bixby III (January 22, 1934–November 21, 1993) was an American actor, director, and producer. His career spanned more than three decades, during which he became well-known for a variety of television roles. Bixby achieved early popularity starring as Tim O'Hara in the CBS sitcom "My Favorite Martian" (1963-1966), and he later played the widowed father Tom Corbett in the ABC sitcom "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" (1969-1972).
