Elk Salvera was born in Cartagena, Colombia, is a Colombian filmmaker his last shortfilm ALTER VU won awards internationally. His films are characterized by the constant and subtle movement of the camera, the documentary hand-held camera, his obsession with chiaroscuro and SCIFI genre.
