Biography

He graduated from the acting department of the Tashkent Theater and Arts Institute named after A. N. Ostrovsky in 1949 (now the State Institute of Arts of Uzbekistan), from the acting department of GITIS (All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography) named after A. V. Lunacharsky in 1954, and in 1959, he completed the Higher Directing Courses in Moscow. From 1954 to 1956, he worked as an actor and assistant director at the Kazakh Drama Theater.
