Biography

Rikke Asbjoern is the Head of Story on Bad Fairies with Chris Garbutt. She is the co-creator, writer, director and executive producer of both the animated interactive Netflix movie, We Lost Our Human, and the Netflix/Nickelodeon animated series, Pinky Malinky (for which she earned an Annie nomination for Best Writing). Born in the north of Denmark, Rikke has always had a huge passion for cartoons and drawing from an early age, so in 1997 she became one of the youngest students to start at the Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark.
