Biography

Karoline Pelikan is a filmmaker, impact producer, and cultural practitioner whose participatory work explores personal narratives, human rights, and social justice. Her films and projects have been selected for Visions du Réel, Movies that Matter, Lima Film Festival, FICDEH Colombia, and Conecta Chile, among others. She is the founder of the feminist film collective EmpoderArte, where she focuses on community-based film education and storytelling.
