Mónica Paulina Burciaga Romo

Biography

She joined the National School of Film Arts (ENAC) in 2015, focusing on film directing. Since then, she has developed personal film projects and worked professionally as a script supervisor and assistant director on various productions. Her short film "Estamos jugando a que sí" was selected for the International Showcase of Women in Film and TV in 2017. Later, Nadie finge el espasmo was part of the Dulcísimo Ovario festival in 2020, and her thesis film "Nadie, ni siquiera la bruma" was selected for the same festival in 2022.
