Aliagha Aliyev (Aliagha Nijatoghlu) was born in the village of Asrik, Kalbajar region. He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1998-2002). He currently works at Public Television. Producer, actor Aliagha Aliyev is the brother of actress Khuraman Aliyeva.
