Mario Krastev is a Bulgarian director, assistant director, producer, and performer with over 18 years of experience across stage and screen. Since 2024, Krastev has been pursuing an MA in Film Arts at RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts, trained under directors Fabio Mollo and Sergio Basso, and producer Livia Barbieri. In 2025, he trained at Nu Boyana Film Studios, where he served as 3rd Assistant Director on the international feature 'Samodiva' (Film Forge Media, dir.
