Kwon Young Min, also known professionally as Edward Kwon, is a South Korean chef, YouTuber, and businessman. He graduated from Bukpyeong High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Hotel Culinary Arts from Yeongdong College. He wanted to attend a Catholic theological college, but his grandmother opposed. He found a part-time job as a waiter at a Western-style restaurant and discovered the joy of cooking.
